A healthy blended drink of fruit and Vegetables to keep you energized all day.

- 3 Apples
- 4 Pieces of celery
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Large handful of spinach
- 200g of paw paw
- First cut up your apples, celery and cucumber and then place them into your juicer and juice them.
- Next place the large handful of spinach into the blender with the avocado and paw paw.
- Pour the Apple, celery and cucumber juice into the blender with the other ingredients and blend.
- Once it is all blended nicely together, pour into a nice cold glass and enjoy.
- If you do not like paw paw then you can use pineapple or any other sweet fruit. I only added the paw paw to give it a bit of a sweet taste. You can also add some ice into the blender as well.
